FAQs

Career Counseling is a collaborative and human-centered process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation and implementation of personal, professional or business goals. Ultimately, it helps you make better decisions about your Career.

The approach we utilize for career counseling:
-is collaborative and self-explorative.
-involves evidence-based research (mental models, career development theories, data, and assessments).
-is customizable to the unique context, needs, capacity, and desires of each Client.

It is run by an education and employment policy analyst trained in career coaching and navigation with an educational background in economics and research within the Canadian labor market, which has provided valuable insights into pivotal factors that contribute to sustained long-term career growth.

Our services have aided clients in successfully negotiating salaries, predicting interview questions, developing unique networking skills, and being well-rounded professionals.

Currently, all our sessions are administered virtually. We recommend attending your virtual appointments from a quiet location, free from distraction.
